I have a problem with my KitchenAid refrigerator. The display shows 'off' and the lights stay on. When I press the on/off button, it works fine for about two hours and then shuts down again with the display showing 'off'. I replaced the board in the back, which worked for a week, but the issue returned. Unplugging and plugging the refrigerator back in temporarily resolves the problem, but it stops working again after a short time. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

We have a Maytag top load washer - model MVWB755DWO that we purchased in 2015. We have always had an issue when washing sheets on the bedding cycle where it never spins out, requiring us to manually select the rinse and spin cycle. We recently had a repair tech replace the control board and a lid switch mechanism, but the issue persists. Why would Maytag knowingly make a product that does not spin out at the end of the bedding cycle, and do you have any advice on how to resolve this issue?
