Of the 252 experts online, do any of them have the ability to actually speak English instead of 'computerese'? Why do I have to pay to have you answer a question about a GE product that is malfunctioning? Has 'Customer Service' left when Jack Welsh left? Can't imagine that he'd put up with this lack of support for customers! What is so difficult about just answering a simple question?

Someone gave us a Maytag Neptune dryer. The electrical cord was disconnected from the dryer. It has three prongs, all the same color. Behind a metal plate on the back of the dryer are three screws: the left one has two blue wires, the middle has two white wires, and the right one has a black and yellow wire. How do I connect the cord to the dryer - i.e., which prong of the cord goes on which post, or is this even where this cord connects?
