The meal temperature buzzer on my Jenn-Air self-cleaning convection oven triggers when I turn the oven on bake. The oven is about 10 years old and has never done this before. I have never fully run it through a cleaning cycle, but might have accidentally put it on clean. The oven will eventually work if I turn it off and on enough times, but the meal temp red light comes on and buzzes, preventing the oven light from coming on. Can the meal temperature selector be bypassed as I never use it?

My KitchenAid oven's latch is not rotating and is stuck after pressing the 'self clean' button. I have tried unplugging the oven and resetting the self clean function, but neither worked. The oven also displays an F2E1 error and the light remains on. Can I replace or dismantle the latch myself, and if so, how?

I have a Kenmore dryer with the lint trap on the top. A tube of chapstick fell down the lint trap. Is there a way to retrieve it or can it stay there without causing a problem?
