My Samsung washer model WA50R5400AV stopped mid-cycle and won't drain. The pump won't start, and there's no power going to the pump. I found that the wire harness connected to the drain pump, which has a yellow and a black wire, was not connected properly. The yellow wire was connected to a harness, and the black wire was completely cut. I'm unsure where these wires go to get the unit working. What should I do?
