This same problem, but at the end the lights up are 4 and 6. The model is 'incognito', and the lights start flashing 5 minutes after the start of a cycle. Is there water in the tub after it starts flashing, and how much water is in the tub? Does the motor start spraying it around?

My GE Profile Advantium Oven Model Number PSA1201RSS01 randomly displays the message 'Control Panel LOCKED' due to excessive moisture, especially when microwaving high-moisture items like potatoes. Our Bosch Maxx WFL 2062 machine does not function properly on program 3. The drum rotates only 1/4 turn every 3 minutes or so and on the end of the program the machine does not spin. All other programs function normally. What could be the issue and what steps should be taken to resolve it?
