We had a power outage and even though I have unplugged the fridge for 15 minutes, the control panel still shows PO. The fridge is a Whirlpool model KSTAD224E, installed on September 1. What do I need to do to resolve this issue?

I need a letter on letterhead stating that the freezer evaporator in my LG model LRFXC2416s refrigerator, purchased on 7-25-22, is no longer under manufacturer warranty so that my homeowners policy can cover the repair. The freezer defrosted on its own and then started up again, indicating the evaporator cooler is not working correctly and needs to be fixed.

My Whirlpool refrigerator model wsf263cexw01 is running hot where the doors seal on the front. I have already changed the condenser fan and motor. How long has this been going on with your Whirlpool refrigerator? What have you tried so far?

My LG top loader washing machine, model T1777NEHTE, displays an LE error and does not wash. A new gearbox has been installed, and the electronic motor runs without load, but it does not turn when connected to the motor. The motor is balanced and has about 12.5 resistivity. The belt is intact, and the machine is 14 months old. The issue has persisted for 3 months, despite dismantling, cleaning, and replacing the gearbox. When manually turning the electronic inverter motor, I feel slight roughness, possibly from the bearings, but it runs freely without load.

I have an upright freezer (model MZF34X16DW01) that I turned off with the switch and now it won't turn back on. The light inside the freezer is on, and I have tried unplugging it for 15 minutes and then trying to restart it for around 45 minutes. What could be the issue and what should I do to fix it?
