We have a 20-year-old white wall double oven with a broken control panel. An electrician tried to re-program it but couldn't find a replacement panel. We need to replace the oven but need to know how to measure it. Should I measure the outside or the inside of the oven? Could I possibly replace the panel instead? The model number is jkp45woa3ww.

Hi Pearl. I have a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer, home use, 5 quart, Model K5SSWH, 120 volt. The motor is making a loud sound that is not normal. How old is your KitchenAid mixer? How long has this been going on with your KitchenAid mixer? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else the Repairman should know before I connect you?
