My KitchenAid refrigerator model KBFS20EVMS has an ice maker that leaks down the back of the freezer. The freezer drawer was stuck, and upon forcing it open, we found the bottom shelf frozen to the back wall, the ice cube catcher with a thick layer of solid ice, and the sensor bar frozen to the bottom. We turned off the water source after clearing the ice. Do I need an exclusive KitchenAid technician to check it out, or can any plumber handle this issue?

Hello, we have a Samsung RF267AEBP refrigerator. We stopped getting ice and water about the same time. I was just reading some things to try. Its about 5 years old and the model is RF267AEBP/XXA. We are currently trying to see if we can dispense water without the water filter in. After removing the filter, it appears it does not have water in it, and still not able to get water from the door. What could be the issue and what steps can I take to fix it?

My Maytag MVWX700XL2 washer, which is 6 years old, will not spin on any cycle. It can go to drain and spin, but only after several tries. In auto test mode, it goes to spin then stops and the timer goes to 00. What could be the issue and what steps can I take to diagnose and possibly fix it?
