We have an LG front loader washer model WM3875HVCA with an LE error code. We've done all the basic checks like plugging, resetting, and ensuring no suds. Is there an easy way to determine if the problem is the motor sensor (sold separately as part of the stator) or the control board? I have a multimeter.

I was cleaning out my Kenmore Elite freezer. After shutting the door, the motor was running, but when I opened the door again, the interior light went out and the motor stopped. The control panel lights for power outage, door ajar, quick freeze, and one other are lit. Did I break it or is it in timeout?

I have a steam technology washing machine that is 17 months old and creating a BANG BANG BANG sound once a load starts the spinning for the spin cycle. This happened after moving the washer from the basement to the first floor. The appliance store sent out two techs who suggested replacing a bearing, but the system is out of warranty.
