We purchased and installed a top-of-the-line central vacuum system in our new home 5 years ago. Initially, it had good suction, but over the past 2 years, it has gradually lost efficiency to the point of being unusable. The suction is now minimal, and we have tried blowing out the lines with a shop vac, which shows good suction, indicating no plugged lines. The filter is clean, and the system starts with fair suction but loses it within a few minutes. Is this repairable, or do we need to replace the system?

The loss of suction in your central vacuum system is likely due to an issue with the motor or blower...

I have a Whirlpool washer LSQ9244EQ0. It washes, then makes a humming sound and doesn't drain or spin. I have replaced the motor coupling, clutch, washer basket drive, brake assembly, drive block, lock nut, gearcase, motor, and capacitor. What else could be the issue?
