My Maytag dishwasher suddenly stopped working. The lights are flashing, similar to how a microwave does after a power failure, but it won't start when I press the autostart button. Is there any kind of circuit breaker that might need to be reset?

I have a GECafe stove that stopped working properly after using the self-cleaning mode. Now, when I try to bake, the oven only goes to 100 degrees and shows a square box with the temp of 100 degrees, no matter what temperature I input. I even unplugged the power to try and reset it. I have a Fisher Paykel electric dryer that was recently moved from Idaho to Arizona. When plugged in, there was a hot electrical smell but no smoke, and the dryer worked. However, the inside became very hot after use. After unplugging and letting it sit for a day, when plugged in again, the inside warmed up in a few minutes before being turned on. What could be the issue?
