I just bought a used oven and it doesn't have an instruction booklet. Additionally, the oven door doesn't stay open when gently pulled. How can I fix this issue and where can I find the instruction booklet?

I need to get a wiring diagram for the oven thermostat control, 74005019 for a Maytag range model #MER4110AAW. The old one shorted out and blew the wires off, and I don't know where they go back.

My Series 80 Kenmore washing machine flooded my house last week. It kept filling with water and didn't sense that it was full, causing an overflow. The machine will not drain, spin, or go through any other part of the cycle. I had to bail by hand. The machine is 14 years old and I have paid to have other work done on it in the past 5 years. What needs fixing, how much could it cost, and should I just replace it at this time because of the age?
