My Maytag MED9600SQ0 dryer, which is 11 years old, has a heating element that runs continuously and visibly glows, generating heat at all settings. I have a JennAir wall oven (model JMW3430WS, about 7 years old) with a damaged handle. I want to replace the handle myself but am unsure how to remove the old one. I can't figure out how to separate the inner structure from the outer door to access the screws holding the handle. Is it possible the handle is glued on, and how can I safely remove and replace it?
