My cable and internet keep going out. Which lights are colored and/or blinking on my router? I got cut off. Is the network specialist taking over? I did unplug the router/modem. My TV in another room works fine. The internet is on and off not working on my iPad and iPhone. What should I do?

I think hackers are accessing my phone and commenting on my journal entries in the memo app. I have multiple Google accounts, some of which have had their passwords changed without my consent. I've tried resetting them, but the hackers seem to regain access quickly. What can I do to secure my accounts and stop the hackers from interfering with my phone?
