I think hackers are accessing my phone and commenting on my journal entries in the memo app. I have multiple Google accounts, some of which have had their passwords changed without my consent. I've tried resetting them, but the hackers seem to regain access quickly. What can I do to secure my accounts and stop the hackers from interfering with my phone?

I received a Visa spam alert on Dec. 11, 2020 for a pending charge on my Visa account. That same day, I also received a receipt from Apple for $74.19 for 'Microsoft 365 Personal (automatic renewal).' Is this a legitimate charge? Is this for having Microsoft on my laptop?
