I'm trying to settle my account using PayPal and a credit card, but the transaction won't go through. The error message says 'problem completing transaction.' I've tried multiple times with correct information and have sufficient funds in both PayPal and my bank account. I've also tried on different devices (computer, iPhone, tablet) and different browsers. What could be causing this issue?

I was a victim of a situation where a photo of myself with my naked breasts was posted on my Facebook account, which appeared to come from overseas. The person who did this sent me a threatening letter to blackmail me. I have since deleted my Facebook account.
