I'm trying to convert an audio track from a CD (cda format) to mp3, but I'm having trouble. I copied the track to my flash drive and now I can't convert it. Can you help me?

I can't get into my AOL mailbox. I get 3 or 4 lines of content and then it stops loading. This problem started around 1 PM today and is getting slower. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I am running Windows Live Mail with Bigpond and Windows 7, and I am having problems with incoming and outgoing mail. Bigpond advised me to reset something, but their instructions were hard to understand. My incoming mail server is POP3 mail.bigpond.com on port 110, and my outgoing SMTP server is mail.bigpond.com on port 25. Additionally, when I open Windows Live Mail, there is no Tools menu visible on my screen. How can I resolve these issues with my email setup?
