I can't log in because I forgot my old password and it won't let me change it to a new one. I get an error message saying the passwords don't match. What exactly am I having trouble accessing? My computer is a Dell, and I use Windows with Internet Explorer and sometimes Chrome. I updated Internet Explorer four days ago with Dell technicians. How long has this been happening, and is this in addition to the $5 + $35 you're already charging me?

I ordered a TSST DVD-ROM SN-108BB to use with my Winbook 10 tablet. The device is recognized by Device Manager but won't play CDs or DVDs. Windows Media Player does not see the device either, and there is no control panel to play CDs or DVDs. The drive light flashes, but nothing shows in Windows Explorer.
