My HP all-in-one brand new ink printer won't print, and I received a message that my ink account was suspended. What should I do to resolve this issue?

Hello, Jason. I'm sorry to bother you again. I restarted the computer, but the problem still persists. The videos are a bit 'herky jerky' and then sometimes the screen either goes all gray or all green for a moment. Can you please help me get to the bottom of this so the videos play properly? If you get onto my computer again, I suggest you check out video's # 0063 and 0393. They are good examples of what I am referring to.

I need an access key to my account. I have contacted ATT but no one can handle the issue because neither my husband nor I have our current passwords. I am using a Windows 8.1 Dell Inspiron 15, 3000 series computer. I have already been charged $57 minus a $10 refund according to my bank account. Is this another $39 to work on my computer problem?
