I placed a read-only disc in my computer and got a dialogue box stating it had to be formatted. After removing the CD, the dialogue box keeps appearing with a sound. I've tried shutting down the computer completely and using the cancel button, but the box won't go away. It happens even when I try to play music. How can I resolve this issue?
