I am trying to install TurboTax program for the Tax Year 2004. The startup file is executed and the Install Wizard starts working. After about 1 minute, I get the following error message: -5006 : 0x80070002. What do I do to fix this problem and finish the installation?

My laptop isn't working properly; the desktop, taskbar, and other elements aren't loading correctly. All I get is a black screen with 'My Documents' in a window. What's wrong and how do I fix this?

I have been a subscriber since 2008 with a platinum plan code number 1VRKRM52EF. I originally had trouble with my website provider and did not attempt a connection. I later subscribed to cable but have been unable to activate. Can you help?

When I send an instant message (IM) to a contact who is showing online, the IM doesn't go through. I can see the connection icon going round but no connection. What could be the issue and how can I troubleshoot it?
