I’m in Pocatello, Idaho and cannot log into my EA Play account on Xbox. My membership is paid and up to date. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, double-checking my account membership balance, and verifying my internet connection. I’ve also rebooted my machine multiple times. What could be the problem and what else can I try?

My Microsoft Surface with Windows 10 is blocked. I received an alert to call a Windows tech help number or be blocked while using my computer outside my home. I called the number but was nervous when they started manipulating my computer and asking a lot of questions. I was also told I didn’t have a firewall, but my security system, McAfee, said I do have a firewall but couldn’t help me unblock my computer. What should I do to resolve this issue?
