I am unable to reset the password for my Gmail/Google account and have been blocked for more than a week. Google is asking for money to reset my password, and I am not given the option to reset it. Instead, I keep receiving new codes, which I find abusive. I am threatening legal action if my account is not restored by a specific date. I was downloading Windows 10 updates when it asked to reboot. After rebooting, neither my user BIOS password nor my admin password is being accepted, and I am locked out of my computer.
