I am unsure if I fell prey to a non-authorized tech support person yesterday. They called me regarding an issue with my Lenovo Yoga C930 (Windows 10) not connecting to a Bluetooth mouse. I contacted Lenovo for assistance but ended up talking to someone who claimed to be from Microsoft. I need to know if the call was legitimate and if I should be concerned about any potential security risks or scams.

When someone sends me a text with a picture, it brings up another picture instead. I have an LG 158VL phone and discovered this issue about 3 weeks ago. I tried using an app called Smart Clean but it didn't work. How do I correct this issue?

I'm using the Chrome web browser and have already enabled the option to automatically put Google Photos into a folder in My Drive, but it's not working. How can I resolve this issue?
