I'm trying to transfer my wife's photos from Google Photos to a newly created Photos folder in Google Drive, but the folder isn't appearing. I'm using the Chrome web browser and have already enabled the option to automatically put Google Photos into a folder in My Drive, but it's not working. How can I resolve this issue?

After having my computer cleaned, I lost all my passwords and need to reset them. I am having trouble accessing my DNA results and family tree. My computer is a Dell laptop with Windows 7 and I use Google Chrome. I don't know the exact Dell model, as it was sent to me by my son last year. I haven't installed any updates recently. I tried accessing my account but it asked for a code that was sent to me, but I need to leave my account to get the code. How can I reset my password and get back into my account?
