I can't get my Google password to work on my iMac. It works fine on my iPad, but not on my desktop. I tried changing my password, but that didn't help. When I put the changed password in, it rejects it. What should I do to resolve this issue?

What happened with the latest upgrade the other day? My DVD/CD drive no longer plays discs even though the disc tray still opens and closes.

I cannot access my email because the number you have put in *****@******.*** is incorrect and will never match my email or password. I don't know when I last reset my username and password, but it worked yesterday. I have only installed automatic updates. What should I do?

My Firefox browser is locked up by a security alert. I cannot get any action from my keyboard. It insists that I call a phone number: A username and password is being requested by http://z5x7k22k-virus.com. The site says: “Security Update Error 0xB4390192 Help Desk: +1(###) ###-#### (TOLL-FREE)”. This must be a scam. How do I clear it up? I have a McAfee subscription through Verizon.
