I just typed in my ad and added photos, but when I previewed the ad, I lost all my information. I have a new Mac computer and have installed updates recently. Do I need to register with Gumtree as I have never used this service before? How do I pay for this ad? I chose the $60 option.

I forgot my password for my Yahoo ID and cannot access the system to amend it due to a security issue. My grandson originally set up my system, but he is no longer available. My home phone number in Tucson, Arizona is 520-469-7961, and my mailing address is 7471 N. Jensen Pl, Tucson, AZ 85741. Yahoo recognizes my email address but says I can't be found. The help assist for finding my 'forgot' password just abandons me. When did you last reset your username and password? Have you installed any updates recently? Is there anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
