I cannot connect my TV ears to an audio signal either from my TV or my amplifier. I have a Panasonic Viera C P50G20 plasma TV and a Yamaha RXV473 receiver. I have purchased a digital to analog converter that I have inserted the red and white analog connectors from TV Ears into. The digital cable is then connected to the back output audio of the TV set. I am getting a red light from the cable that is connected to the converter. I am only getting static on the TV Ears headset. Any suggestions about what I can try next?
