I have a Samsung Chromebook Plus tablet. The power light has been blinking green then white and won't power on. I tried holding the power and refresh buttons until the light turned red, but now there is no blinking light at all. I have also done a hard reset by holding down the power button, but nothing happens. There has been no recent damage to the device. What could be the issue and is there a charge for the call?
