I've just got a new computer. How do I reinstall my long-time Eudora mail program? I'm new to this machine and accustomed to Windows 10. I haven't installed any updates recently.

Pinnacle 16 Plus refuses to import any video (any format) from my computer or video camera (AVCHD format) using the Studio Importer, showing them as locked or reporting an error: 'Library Could not import file. Please check the event log in the control panel for details.'

I was contacted by PES*UNIQUETECHSUPPORT CHINA who fixed my blocked computer for $300, including one year of support. They claim to use Microsoft for protection. Is this company legitimate and associated with Microsoft? My computer is an HP with Windows 10, and I have installed any available updates.
