I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows 7 that stopped working, displaying 'Windows loading' and then nothing. The laptop cannot be turned off or on, and there is a constant light screen. I just bought a Toshiba L855-S5309. It's supposed to have a 10/100/1000 network adapter, but the system only shows 10/100. I have tried reloading the device driver from the Toshiba site. How do I get the gigabit interface to appear and work?
