I have a Gateway DX4822-01 desktop computer with integrated Intel® GMA X4500 Graphics. I added a video card to support two monitors, but only the new monitor connected to the new video card is recognized by Windows. The second monitor connected to the original VGA connection is dark and doesn't receive any signal. What am I doing wrong?

Since upgrading to Microsoft Office 2010, I have been unable to send any documents from email, Excel, Firefox, or Word to OneNote. Previously, I had the option to 'print' any document to OneNote, but this option is no longer available. Can you help?

I have been using Eudora for over 10 years and recently transferred my Eudora files to a new HP ProBook 4720s with Windows 7 Professional. My recent emails have disappeared from my In and Out boxes. I have tried restoring the system and using Recuva to recover deleted files, but with limited success. What steps can I take to recover my missing emails?

I put AOL email on my sister's computer and was asked to choose a security question. I chose 'What year was my mother born?' and answered 1900. When I logged out and back in, the question changed to 'What is your middle name?' and I don't know the answer. How can I get back into my email?
