I have a Lenovo Yoga 710 series (model I5 YG 710 151 KB) that crashed due to a Windows update. The computer will not boot into Windows. What are the boot keys to get into CMOS, and how can I resolve this issue?

Windows Live becomes inactive every time I try to reply to, forward, or send an email. I am using Shaw as my email service provider and access my email by clicking on the icon on my desktop. I have tried repairing Windows Live, but I keep getting a message that I don't have an internet connection. My operating system is Windows 10, and there are no error codes, but Windows Live just freezes. What can I do to resolve this issue?

My AOL Desktop Icon does not bring up AOL anymore. I can access www.aol.com using Google Chrome but I am paying $29 per month for AOL services. What's wrong and how can I fix it?
