I have a new computer and need to download Microsoft Office 365 that was paid for on 6/18/2020. How can I download it on my new computer if I am locked out of the program for 30 days because the person that authorized the purchase and used his personal information is no longer employed here? He used his personal cell phone for security, and I do not have access to this phone, so I cannot get the security code.

I was contacted by TecSecure, who claimed that my computer was hacked and needed to be cleaned. They took control of my computer, charged me $688.23, and tried to get me to pay an additional $688.23 for a lifetime protection program. I stopped the payment and closed my old checking account.
