I have a Toshiba Portege R705 laptop that doesn't automatically connect to my wireless network when I turn it on. Instead, the Intel WiFi radio appears to disable itself. Is there a way to configure the system so that it automatically connects to my wireless network and stays connected when I turn on the PC?

I am unable to successfully download and install the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack. Despite following the instructions on the website, I encounter errors stating that the patch package could not be opened and that the installation failed. Even after attempting the provided Microsoft Fixit solution, the issue persists, and I am unable to open documents in Excel 2007. What can I do to resolve this issue?
