I have a tracking number 272360721381 for a package that says it was delivered but was not received. Additionally, another package with tracking number *6 was also supposed to be delivered but is missing. Both were shipped via FedEx. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I called for assistance on 04/28 and was supposed to be texted back for instructions but never received them. I pay for YouTube Premium, but since moving and switching from cable to Firestick, I've been receiving commercials. How can I resolve this issue and ensure I'm properly signed into YouTube Premium? Additionally, I noticed a $46 charge from YouTube that I did not authorize. How can I cancel this subscription and get a refund?

My account has been blocked due to suspicious activity. I have talked with customer service 3 times and followed the directions emailed to me after each contact. The directions haven’t worked, and I am extremely frustrated. I have had a Prime account for several years, which includes Prime Video, Britbox, Acorn, and Paramount. During one of the conversations with customer service, I was told that I needed to open a new account. I did, but the problem wasn’t solved. I simply want to take the hold off of my account and need some “real” help.
