I seem to have been blocked from Match.com and haven't broken the rules. What does it mean and is it possible to unblock?

My Uber app is suddenly not connecting to my AMEX on file, showing 'payment method not available'. I have not made any recent changes to my payment info or Uber account. I tried signing out, restarting my phone, and even deleting and re-adding my AMEX card, but the issue persists. There is also a pending charge of $18 that appears briefly when I try to order a ride, but it does not show up in my ride history. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

Our WiFi is not working. My cell phone shows that it is not connected to WiFi, even though the WiFi service keeps going off and coming on. My bill for cell usage is beyond the limit, even though I'm using the cell in the house where WiFi should be affecting the charges. We were told to return our old box as a new one was sent, but the promised package for returning was not sent. Also, a router was sent, which we would return unless we are supposed to use it. We don't know how. Can you please ensure that I have the WiFi service I am paying for?
