I have a Wi-Fi connection but my Samsung TV can't connect for streaming. I've tried unplugging the modem and router, and other devices can connect to the network. The TV is within range of the router, and there have been recent network disruptions. What else can be done to resolve this issue?

I got this phone 2-1/2 years ago and don’t remember getting or cannot remember what I would have used for my Apple ID. When I was working, I think I set up an account to store pictures. It was a minimal amount per month. But that was years ago and a different phone. Can I retrieve it, or get a new ID?

I'm watching a ballgame on my main TV and bedroom TV, but both dropped coverage with a network error. The error message says 'Please check your internet connection and try again (med-823-0x80060053)'. This started about 30 minutes ago. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

After a Microsoft update on my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-dq0xxx laptop, the internal audio stopped working, displaying 'No audio device is installed' in Device Manager. I've tried updating and rolling back drivers, deleting and reinstalling the Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology (Intel(R) SST) OED, and updating BIOS, but the issue persists. What else can I do to resolve this?

I can't access my laptop's operating system because the finger scan failed and the PIN is not working. The phone number Microsoft has is a landline. What can I do to reset my PIN or access my laptop?
