I have about 10 downloads that never completed after reinstalling Windows 10. The error number on all is 800f0908. My computer is a Toshiba Satellite P850. I have completely reinstalled all programs and used both Windows Edge and Google Chrome, with more success on Chrome. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

My wife's Acer all-in-one desktop (model Z5610, running Windows 7) recently had a drive crash and was replaced. The technicians installed Office 2007, but we have original backup discs for Office 2010 (Home and Student) and Outlook 2010. Is it safe to uninstall Office 2007 and install Office 2010 from the backup discs? Additionally, how can I transfer an archive file into the new Outlook?

I think I last reset my username and password about 6 months ago with the help of our IT man. My work email that I have no access to is ***@******.***. I haven't installed any updates recently, and my new email is ***@******.*** connected to my new phone number. What should I do to reset my password?
