I have an HP Vista desktop with a no signal issue on my monitor. All wires are securely connected, and I haven't installed any updates recently. The monitor displays 'no signal' when turned on, and there are no beep sounds from the PC. The fan at the back of the tower is running, but the computer won't turn off even when holding the power switch. What could be causing this issue, and what steps should I take to troubleshoot it?

When I request a new password, it sends it to my old phone number ************** which I no longer have. I need to restore my account *************** with a new password sent to my new number. I have a Workforce WF-2630 printer. I cannot scan, but printing is OK. I get a 'no communications' message on both my laptops (one running Windows Vista and the other Windows 10) when trying to scan. The printer was purchased about 3 months ago, and scanning was working fine until about a week ago. What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?
