My MG5700 printer will not print even when plugged in. The computer says the printer is turned off. I connect to the printer wirelessly and by USB. It prints a test page but anything else says the printer is turned off. I print from laptops and a Pixel 6. What could be the issue and what steps can I take to resolve it?

Last night, I ordered food from KFC through my app, was given a pickup time and confirmation that my order was ready for $34.64. However, when my son-in-law and daughter arrived to pick up the order, the doors were locked and they were told that there was no more food available. They tried to explain that our order was ready, but were informed that there was no more food. The store must have closed at 9 pm. I would like to know if I was charged and if I can get a refund.
