I am trying to get my Square terminal working, but my login keeps getting knocked out and I can't get a code number to reset my password. I am using an HP laptop, but I don't know the model or Operating System. I have tried installing updates. I want to be able to use my terminal on the road. What should I do?

If I dictate a period, how do I differentiate when I want the word 'period' instead? Specifically, how can I get my speech recognition software, Dragon NaturallySpeaking 15, to spell out the word 'period' when I say the phrase 'time period'?

We are INX users and cannot access the system. Can you advise if the whole system is down or if it's just an issue at our location (Dalgaranga Mine, Mt Magnet WA)? Our accommodation providers also cannot access INX.
