Money was taken out of my checking account. I bought chips on Zynaga for $4.99 but they took $99.99. It says 'facebk#### 99,99' on my bank statement. I need help getting my $99.99 back and I might involve the authorities if no one responds.

We are INX users and cannot access the system. Can you advise if the whole system is down or if it's just an issue at our location (Dalgaranga Mine, Mt Magnet WA)? Our accommodation providers also cannot access INX.

Additionally, someone else is impersonating me on Facebook and making comments I didn't make. How do I get my original email address back online and resolve the impersonation issue?

I just replaced the toner cartridge on my HP printer and attempted to access the suggested web page www.hp.ca/suppliesrecycle but couldn't. I live in Brampton, ON and would like to return the old cartridge. Can you provide an address or other helpful information for recycling the cartridge?
