We are INX users and cannot access the system. Can you advise if the whole system is down or if it's just an issue at our location (Dalgaranga Mine, Mt Magnet WA)? Our accommodation providers also cannot access INX.

I have been locked out of my Facebook account with my email address, which now shows an old email address I haven't used in years. I have several friends and clients who are unable to contact me. I have the MagicJack security system installed on my MagicJack. When trying to reach me, my clients are instructed to push a specific number to speak with the MagicJack customer service, but nothing happens, and they are asked once again to press another number to connect, and still nothing happens. Please advise me on how to correct this problem.
