I have been billed for a Google Play purchase via my Celcom mobile account, and I don't recall subscribing for this service. Additionally, I am unable to access my forgotten Gmail password and have been rejected for making too many recovery attempts. Can you help me understand if this billing is related to JustAnswer and how I can unsubscribe or get a refund, as well as how to reset my Gmail password?
