I have been having problems adding money to my account, even though I added myself on Saturday but today the balance is 0. I went to the Apple Store to check if there was something wrong with the phone, but they couldn't add the payment either. My husband paid a couple of days before and it went through. What kind of Apple device do you have? What Operating System (OS) are you running? How long has this been going on with your iPhone? What have you tried so far? Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
