I have been trying to activate my replacement Alcatel Jitterbug flip phone without instructions. I have contacted support and requested instructions to be sent via mail as I do not have an email address. I have never been able to use the phone as it was a replacement without instructions, and I just received it last week. I need the instructions to be mailed to me as soon as possible. Additionally, I have not tried a Factory Reset and am requesting immediate assistance to fix my problem.

I updated the BIOS in my M2N-SLI Deluxe motherboard to version 1804, but there is still no option to use a USB drive as a bootable device. I am trying to install Windows 10 from a USB stick. How can I install Windows 10 without the USB boot option?

Club Pogo says I am prevented from playing. I have a Hewlett Packard computer, but I don't know the model or the Operating System. This issue has been going on for about a week, and I've tried various things. I also can't play Club Lotto. What could be the issue and what can I do to resolve it?

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad U310 with a standard 4GB memory card. I purchased a Crucial 16GB card (DDR3L-1600 SODIMM 1.35V) to replace the 4GB card, but the system won't boot and only shows a black screen. The Lenovo Solution Center indicates the system supports up to 16GB of memory. How can I get the BIOS to recognize the 16GB card, or does the system actually not support 16GB despite what the Solution Center says?
