I have been trying to get help for nearly 2 hours and no help yet. I am tired and need to cancel my membership and have all my money refunded. I keep getting changed to another consultant but not getting any help. I started out trying to get assistance with getting an Anti-Virus program and upgrading to Windows 11. I shared my needs with several JustAnswer representatives. But no one could help. I bought Norton Deluxe after starting today's process but was not successful downloading it. The download process kept saying to restart, and when I tried to open the file, it wouldn't open.

I bought a Groupon deal online for a 2-person tour at American Honors Brewery in Hickory, NC for $22 between February and August 2017. I have lost all paperwork and cannot find it in my emails. How can I retrieve this Groupon or prove I have paid for it?

I purchased software (TFP 20.17) and the product code is missing from the packaging. I am unable to find the product code and am very disappointed. What should I do to obtain the product code?

I am unable to receive any emails and hitting refresh does not help. I am checking my email directly from a browser, and there are no antivirus or firewall settings blocking me. Additionally, I cannot access any pages outside the welcome page.

When I boot my Asus X299 TUF Mark 1 computer with Windows 7 Pro 64 SP1, the drives come up in random order. For example, drives that were listed as 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on the last boot were actually drives 3, 1, 2, 5, and 4. I use diskpart to assign drive letters and format before major backups, so I need to ensure that when I assign a drive letter to a specific drive, it is correctly identified.
