I've installed nodejs, WSL, and Ubuntu, but I'm struggling with Docker. I need detailed guidance on how to proceed with installing Ubuntu, LLaMA, and Alpaca, and I'm open to using different tutorials or approaches if they provide better instructions.

Our cable box stopped working on Saturday, and after multiple attempts to reset it with instructions from a support representative named Jen, it still doesn't work. The green light on the box flashes several times and then nothing happens.
