I let a friend use my Android Samsung A32 phone, and they factory reset it using their Google account. Now, I can't access my phone without their Google account or the PIN number. I've tried a factory reset, but it says it's unauthorized and requires the PIN or email associated with the phone. I've also sought help from Samsung and T-mobile, but they couldn't assist without the email. What can I do to regain access to my phone?

My NVIDIA Shield won't boot up; the green light is on, and the TV screen says Android. I've tried power resetting the TV and using a generic box that works fine. What else can I do to troubleshoot or fix this issue?

My iCloud account has been hacked and I can't get in to change the password. I received a message saying a code was sent, but I didn't find any email on my iMac or iPhone. Someone near Philadelphia is using my iCloud account. I have tried to change my password multiple times following the directions, but I can't get past choosing to change the password. What should I do to recover my account?

I have a hacker that has tapped into my emails, starting with Facebook. They are using my first name as a password and an email address similar to mine. I have never used just numbers as a password. What should I do to secure my accounts and report the impersonator?
